When staying at MILIMA Safari Lodge 2 daily Game Drives are included in your stay (depending on your arrival and departure times.)
The Game Drives take you on an exciting drive through the bush in open Jeeps, with your experienced safari guide. There will be stops in some of South Africa’s most beautiful viewpoints in order for you to stretch your legs.
We do our outmost to ensure our guests have the safari experience of a lifetime!
Due to the fact that MILIMA Safari Lodge is situated in a private corner of the well known Kruger National Park, we always have very good chances of spotting the “Big Five”: “Big 5” is a traditional hunters’ way of describing lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos and buffaloes.
When game driving in the afternoon, we stop for refreshments and watch the beautiful sunset. Back at the lodge you will have time to relax before pre-dinner drinks in the bar.
And tomorrow morning? A new Game Drive awaits you – or maybe you prefer a Bush Walk?
You will have the oppertunity to participate in Bush Walks from the lodge in the company of our experienced rangers.
On the Bush Walk you will experience all the smaller things around the lodge, and learn more about the local flora and fauna.
When walking you have a more intens experience, and should you encounter some of the larger animals like elephants, buffalos, rhinos etc, we are sure you will always remember the experience as outstanding.
Bush walks are optional and extra charge, please place your reservation at the front desk
When staying at MILIMA Safari Lodge all meals and drinks are included. To many of our guests this is just as big a pleasure as the game drives.
We have an enthusiastic team of cooks who will serve supreme meals of international and South African national dishes and specialities.
For lunch and dinner you will have a starter, and then for the main course a selection of fish, meat or vegetarian dishes followed by a delicious dessert.
Choose to complement your meals by a wide selection of the best South African wines, beer, juices or soda. The choice is yours and you can drink whatever you wish.
